Our client, an international group based in Monaco, is looking to recruit its future Finance Manager to support the continued growth of one of its key business divisions. This position offers the opportunity to combine team leadership, financial management and continuous process improvement within a dynamic international team.

Your mission :

• Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability and high performance.

• Review, streamline and strengthen financial processes to support a growing and evolving business.

• Oversee financial activities across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal standards.

• Coordinate budgeting, financial reporting, statutory accounts and audit preparation while ensuring deadlines are met.

• Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support informed decision-making.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and smooth financial operations.

• Identify opportunities to improve existing practices, optimise workflows and contribute to the continuous development of the finance function.

Your profile :

• Fluent English is essential.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.

• Proven experience in a finance leadership role within an international environment.

• A natural people manager with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, service-driven business where priorities can evolve quickly.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
