The client:


We are currently recruiting for the HQ of an international company their next HR BP in a context of new position opening.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as both a strategic and operational partner to managers and employees within his/her portfolio.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HRBP plays a key role in translating the Group’s HR strategy into actionable initiatives that support business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.

He/she ensures the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies and processes, aligning local HR practices with global BH Group standards while addressing the specific needs of the functions supported.

The HRBP provides guidance across the full employee lifecycle from workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding to talent development, performance management and employee engagement.

In addition, the HRBP supports the HR Manager in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and HR projects related to the allocated functions, contributing to a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies.

Through a proactive and consultative approach, the HRBP acts as a trusted advisor and change agent, driving people development, organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement within the business.


Main missions and responsibilities:

Accountability 1: HR Business Partnership & Advisory

Serves as the primary HR contact for all departments and functions in his/her portfolio.

Provides day-to-day HR support for managers and employees on organizational, performance and people-related matters.

Assists in implementing the Group’s HR strategies, policies and procedures.

Partners with managers to identify workforce needs, define job requirements and support the business during every HR process including recruitment, onboarding, reward, talent and performance management and disciplinary cases.

Accountability 2: Employee Relations & Engagement

Maintains a constructive and positive social climate, supporting the HR Manager and/or HR Director in managing unions and employee representative relations when required.

Handles employee relations matter with professionalism, ensuring compliance with local labor law and internal policies.

Promotes engagement, well-being and collaboration through HR initiatives and communication.

Accountability 3: Talent Development & Performance Management

Supports the deployment of talent management, performance evaluation campaigns, reward campaigns and learning & development programs.

Identifies skills gaps and collaborate with the Head of Departments/Function, the HR Experts and the Employees to define and deliver relevant development plans.

Contributes to succession planning, career development and capabilities-building initiatives across the organization.

Your profile:

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Management or Employment Law

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles within an international environment, including exposure to multiple support functions and expertise

  • Strong command of both English and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and demonstrate strong situational awareness

  • Highly attentive to detail, rigorous, and precise

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong adaptability to different management styles and diverse stakeholders

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ensure full compliance with legal standards on personal data management
