Our Client:
For the Monaco office of our client, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Real Estate Operations to oversee and manage a portfolio of exclusive properties located in many countries around the world. This pivotal role requires an individual with a proven track record in operational management, revenue optimization, and financial oversight. The successful candidate will act as the central liaison between property managers, agents, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and maximize property performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
Oversee day-to-day operations across all properties, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased efficiency.
Coordinate with on-site property managers to implement and maintain operational excellence.
Monitor property performance, addressing challenges proactively.
Adhere to the company’s policies and standards and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed.
Work closely with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
Revenue Maximization:
Develop and execute strategies to optimize revenue generation for each property.
Collaborate with agents and agencies to effectively market and commercialize the properties.
Conduct regular performance reviews, analyzing financial and occupancy data to identify growth opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Team management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers, ensuring alignment on objectives and standards.
Collaborate with property managers in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
Work with property managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans.
Analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and agencies.
Negotiate and manage vendor and service contracts.
Financial Management:
Provide strategic financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
Analyze financial reports to ensure properties meet profitability and sustainability goals.
Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service standards.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure all properties comply with local regulations and standards.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures across all locations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in similar roles, ideally managing luxury properties or hospitality operations across multiple regions.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in an additional European language is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue management, and profitability analysis.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities across time zones.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Location:
This role is located in Monaco and requires extensive travel and flexibility to oversee properties in multiple international locations
