Our client is an international organisation based in Monaco, active in financial markets and operating within a professional and disciplined framework. The company is currently strengthening its trading activities and is looking to expand its team with experienced profiles capable of operating autonomously.

The position :

• Executing trading strategies across derivatives and FX markets within predefined risk limits.

• Monitoring market conditions, macroeconomic developments, volatility regimes and liquidity.

• Managing positions, exposures and risk on a daily basis, including PnL and drawdown monitoring.

• Participating in the definition and refinement of trading strategies and risk processes.

• Ensuring rigorous trade documentation, reporting and transparency.

• Operating in a lean structure with direct access to decision-making and short feedback loops.

• Contributing to the development of a professional and sustainable trading setup over time.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in derivatives trading, with exposure to FX, options and related instruments.

• Strong understanding of risk management, position sizing and market dynamics.

• Ability to operate autonomously while respecting a structured risk framework.

• Comfortable working in a small, high-responsibility environment.

• Strong analytical skills, discipline and emotional control under market pressure.

• Fluent in English and French
