Our client is a fast growing tech company with offices in Monte Carlo.
In this role, your main tasks are the following:
HR support, such as onboarding, administrative setup, and management of company assets (e.g., computers).
General administrative support, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with office organization to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Contract management, ensuring key dates are tracked and communicated to the broader team in a timely manner.
T&E compliance, ensuring proper review, audit, and initial employee training on correct procedures.
Archive management, including the organization and maintenance of digital records, ensuring documents are properly stored, structured, and easily accessible.
Your profile:
You have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an office management role in an international, fast-paced type of environment.
You possess basic HR knowledge.
You speak fluently English and ideally French.
We are looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and capable of taking on new responsibilities as the role evolves. This person should be able to work autonomously, anticipate needs, and take initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
