Our client:

Our client is a dynamic & international family office with offices in Monaco and 3 other locations


Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled IT profile to provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for end users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, manage hardware and software setups, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining system functionality and user satisfaction.


Level 1 Support:

  1. Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or helpdesk system promptly and professionally.

  2. Provide assistance to users in the office and via TeamViewer

  3. Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

  4. Provide assistance with password resets, account setups, and permissions.

  5. Install and configure basic hardware and software for new users.

  6. Document solutions and update knowledge base articles for common issues.

Level 2 Support:

  1. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems and application errors.

  2. Manage operating system and software updates, patches, and installations.

  3. Support enterprise systems such as email platforms, file servers, and collaboration tools.

  4. Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical problems and recommend solutions.

  5. Assist in network maintenance, including troubleshooting switches, routers, and wireless access points.

  6. Collaborate with the external IT services company when required

Profile

You possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

You are fluent in English and French.

You have a strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

You are familiar with Active Directory, Office 365, TeamViewer

You have experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.

You possess excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are able to work independently and collaboratively.
