Our client is a major actor in the maritime industry, with headquarters in Monaco

The position :

• Prepare and submit VAT returns ensuring proper documentation and compliance,

• Record and reconcile bank transactions weekly, including cash and credit card movements,

• Manage supplier and client accounts from start to finish: invoicing, payment processing, allocations, and reconciliations,

• Process staff expense claims and maintain intercompany accounts,

• Post monthly entries such as accruals, prepayments, and amortisations,

• Contribute to monthly reviews with the Finance Manager and assist with annual closings for audits

Your profile :

• Bilingual fluency in English and French

• Proven background of at least 4 years in a similar accounting role,

• Collaborative mindset with adaptability and team spirit,

• Strong sense of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism,

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines,

• High attention to detail and precision in reporting,

• Previous experience in maritime industry or exposure to international accounting standards is a plus.
