Our client:
Our client is an investment company, with offices in Monaco
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex agendas, organize meetings, appointments, and business trips
Handle correspondence in Italian, French, and English (emails, calls, reports, documents)
Act as a liaison between the principal and stakeholders, clients, or service providers
Organize travel arrangements: flights, hotels, transfers, itineraries
Manage expenses, invoices, and budgets related to personal and professional matters
Coordinate events, private engagements, and professional commitments
Provide personal assistance services (errands, bookings, administrative support) as needed
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
Key Requirements:
Fluent in Italian, French, and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (5+ years preferred)
Flexible and highly adaptable
Understanding of financial investments, tech savvy
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with MS Office, calendar management tools, and online booking platforms
Absolute discretion and a high level of integrity
Knowledge of Monaco business and cultural environment is required
Salary:
Between 4.000 and 5.000€ net depending on your profile and experience
