Responsible for payroll operations and HR administration

Our client is a well-established international company within the shipping sector.


The position :

  • Oversee the complete payroll process, from data entry to reporting, ensuring compliance with Monegasque legislation,

  • Maintain HR databases, manage staff records (contracts, changes, benefits) and liaise with social institutions and insurers,

  • Provide employees with assistance on payroll, social security, and benefits-related questions,

  • Prepare reports and accounting entries related to payroll, support audits, and collaborate with the finance team on staff cost analysis,

  • Assist the HR Manager with various projects and initiatives, including system improvements and employee relations.

Your profile :

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with good attention to detail,

  • Flexible, adaptable, and a collaborative team player,

  • Proficient with payroll/HR systems (knowledge of SAGE appreciated),

  • Fluent in French, with good command of English,

  • Solid understanding of Monegasque payroll processes and related financial aspects.
