Responsible for payroll operations and HR administration
Our client is a well-established international company within the shipping sector.
The position :
Oversee the complete payroll process, from data entry to reporting, ensuring compliance with Monegasque legislation,
Maintain HR databases, manage staff records (contracts, changes, benefits) and liaise with social institutions and insurers,
Provide employees with assistance on payroll, social security, and benefits-related questions,
Prepare reports and accounting entries related to payroll, support audits, and collaborate with the finance team on staff cost analysis,
Assist the HR Manager with various projects and initiatives, including system improvements and employee relations.
Your profile :
Strong organisational and analytical skills with good attention to detail,
Flexible, adaptable, and a collaborative team player,
Proficient with payroll/HR systems (knowledge of SAGE appreciated),
Fluent in French, with good command of English,
Solid understanding of Monegasque payroll processes and related financial aspects.
